Unlike most companies you are more than just an account number to us.  As a hosting company we actually care about the business of our clients, and want to make sure that they are able to deliver the best for their own clients.

Quality vs Quantity

We prefer not to play the numbers game and therefore do not stuff our servers with accounts. This means that sites are responsive and servers not overloaded all the time. Moreover, because we know the code of our clients, we can flag up where sites are running detrimentally to others and to themselves.

Willingness To Help

Needless to say we provide support to our clients, but above and beyond this we are happy to provide more seasoned expertise on web technologies. You might just be contracting us to serve up your HTML for 12 months, but of course there’s also the area beyond this, of which we are more than happy to share.

Utmost Flexibility

Somethings are nigh on impossible, such as converting a Linux-run server into a Windows-run box, but within basic restrictions we are happy to consider, and possibly implement, requests for amends to the Apache/PHP setup, or for additional libraries required for access via PHP. Even we admit that all bases cannot be covered all of the time, and over the years such requests have become rarer, but we are happy to serve them as and when they do come up.

Responsive

Whether into an inbox, or down the line of the telephone, we are always available to respond, not just in English but also in French, for our French Canadian clients! We take our livelihood seriously, and that of you, our client, so we are always available, and aim to respond quickly. Our quickest response time to a support request yet, is less than 1 minute.
